Toggle data element groups to include in your export

Instructions

Select a clinical scenario to define which data elements are available, or load an existing scenario to continue editing.
Write or paste a clinical narrative — this is the primary input for data generation.
Click "Extract from Narrative" to use AI to extract patient demographics, timeline events, and active data groups from the text.
Use "Show/Hide Details" to manually adjust extracted demographics, timeline events, and active groups.
Groups are organized by profile. Toggle individual groups or entire profiles with their header checkbox.
Click "Save Scenario" to save without navigating, or "Save & Continue" to proceed to the Resources tab.
You can also switch to "Paste YAML" mode to directly paste a complete scenario definition.

Resources

Configure FHIR resources for scenario . Generate from the scenario, then add, remove, or modify individual resources.

Instructions

Click "Generate Requirements" to create FHIR resource specifications from your saved scenario.
Each resource card shows the FHIR resource type, description, and field completion count (e.g. "7/9").
Click a resource row to expand or collapse its editable fields.
Use the checkbox to include or exclude resources from the final bundle.
Use "Select All" / "Deselect All" for bulk selection.
Add custom resources using the template dropdown and the "Add" button.
Remove unwanted resources with the X button on each card.
Edit field values directly in each expanded resource card.
Click "Generate FHIR Bundle" to create the final output and proceed to the Bundle tab.

Instructions

The resource list on the left shows both FHIR resources and HL7 v2.5.1 messages, separated by headers.
Click any item to view its content on the right — JSON for FHIR resources, pipe-delimited text for HL7 messages.
Use "Show Full Bundle" to view the complete FHIR Transaction Bundle.
Use Copy and Download buttons for either FHIR or HL7 output.
